I have used Balleggs two times to find an apartment in Shinagawa-ku and Meguro-ku. Both times, their English-speaking staff was very professional, responsive and attentive to my specific needs and budget.

Service was real good and professionally handled the process.
Helped a lot in finding apartment our my desire and the area I wished for.
I was pretty much satisfied with the service.
I would recommend to go with this as they have English speaking staff as well.
