I would like to first and foremost thank Ayui-san and Manami-san for having searched through so many apartments and finding me a lovely apartment around Suginami – something incredibly hard to find inasmuch as I am a student and foreigner on top with a certain budget. I can’t recommend them enough and must say that they are by far the most professional and loveliest real estate agency you can find in Tokyo – as a foreigner and national alike. Thank you very much!

they walked me through the step
I was very pleased with the service. They have English speaking staff and they walked me through the step and explained everything I didn’t understand. They even helped setup my utilities with a third party company they work with. Overall would definitely recommend Paku & Manami.

Two real estate agents, (Paku and Manami), assisted me and helped me find a place that was great for me! They both could speak English and helped me find apartments that fit my desires. They were easy to communicate with and gave me their Line to talk to if I have any questions! Also, they specialize in the Meguro area, but can find apartments from anywhere in Tokyo! I ended up picking one that was in Taito-ku that they introduced me to!
