    We perceive our social responsibility and mission about protecting any of the personal information we may collect, follow the act on the Protection of Personal Information, and take our action for proper handling of personal information.
    To achieve the policy below, we will make a management system regarding the privacy protection, and adapt to the change of the latest IT technologies / any social demands / business environment changes.

      • a)Privacy policy is limited to any information needed to make a proper performance of business and employment, human resource management- which is used in the real estate broker business, real estate sales business, property management business, real estate usage/ inheritance consulting business, detached house/ apartment building business, property renovation business, self-powered property business, hotel (ryokan) business. It will not be used for any purpose other than above mentioned/ original intent. We will take possible measures to ensure that the information will not be used for any other purposes.

     

      • b)We will follow the act on the protection of personal information , any other guidelines from the country.

     

      • c)For the prevention of leakage, loss, or damage, and for other security control of the personal data, we will continuously put in necessary resources to update the security system to keep it secured. For any cases there was a problem, we will immediately take action to rectify.

     

      • d)For any complaints or requests, we will immediately and sincerely act to take any necessary action.

     

    • e)For the security system, considering the changes in social situation and environment, we will continuously improve the system.

        • 1)For a demand for disclosure*For any inquirer who prefers online procedure, please let us know. In principle, we will make the process upon your request.
        • 2)Procedure for the disclosure based on the demand
          • ①After we got the demand, we will send you the format (Request of Personal information disclosure ) by post mail.
          • ②Please send us (post mail) the filled out format, if by any representative a proof of representative, and(postal money order) (*if a demand of purpose inform and request of disclosure).
          • ③After we have received the format above, we will inquire about the two items (eg: phone number , date of birth) registered in our system, to identify the information.
          • ④Our answer will be by post mail, to person concerned.
        • 3)For any request by one’s representative, a document that can prove the representation.

      If the request was by one’s representative, please enclose a proof of representation and representative oneself’s ID. The recorded permanent address written in the document shall be until , after the please black out. Please do not include MY NUMBER. If there was a number on it, please black out all the number parts.

    • g)Organization and system of handling personal information / measures we take.
        • 1)Basic policy formulation

      For proper handling of privacy policy, we have formulated ‘privacy policy’ regarding ‘observance of related laws and regulations /guidelines etc.’ , ‘contact of questions and complaints’, etc.

        • 2)Discipline of privacy information handlings

      In each stage of acquisition, usage, save, delete/scrap etc. , we have created a discipline of handling method , responsible party/ staff in charge and the duty of them.

        • 3)Security control measures as a company

      ①We have set a staff who is responsible for the management of the personal data, and clarified the staffs who will handle the privacy information, the range of personal information they will handle with. The organization has been settled to have the report to be done to the responsible staff for any case when any fact or symptom of which the handling was in violation of laws or rules was found.
      ②Situation of privacy policy acquisition is self-checked regularly, also an inspection by other division or parties is being done.

      ①We conduct periodic training regarding the handling of privacy information and its cautionary points..
      ②We determine the duty of confidentiality of personal information on the company regulations.

        • 5)Physical Safety management measures

      ①For the area where private information is being handled, the staff entering/leaving the area is recorded as well as the equipments bringing in is limited, to prevent from private information seen by someone who do not have the authority.
      ②Measures to prevent the theft or lost etc. of any equipment, electronic media or documents etc. which handle privacy information have been taken, as well as not to have the privacy data shown easily when the equipment, electronic media or documents is being carried , including the movement inside the office space.

        • 6)Technical Safety management measures

      ①Access limitation has been done. The staff and the scope of the privacy information database etc. have been restricted.
      ②We have the system to secure the privacy information from unauthorized access by outside parties.
