How does the schedule go after you applied to an apartment?
The whole schedule from the application to the move in is approximately 10 days.
 
 

 
(1)Application
Write down the application form, submit to the owner.
↓
(2)Scanning process
*Some data/papers might be needed during the process. We will announce you each time.
↓
(3)Payment
The contract details including the starting date would be fixed.
We will send you a bill, so please send the contract money to us/owner.
↓
(4)Contract signing
Sign the contract papers
Submit all the required document
↓
(5)Key handover
↓
(6)Move in
Move in. Please check the room inside!
Don’t forget to set up the utilities beforehand!
