    Hello!

    How was your Valentine’s day?
Tokyo was full of VALENTINE’S DAY and CHOCOLATES…!

Well for me, I gave one to my dad ;P
This ‘Valentine’s day’ might be a JAPANESE culture.

    Anyway.

When you have a contract in Japan,
usually you need to have a HANKO to sign the papers.

    Ever heard of it?

    ‘HANKO’

It’s a stamp of your name.
And in Japan, instead of signing the paper you need to put the stamp on it.

So after you decided where to live-
    before you sign the paper,
you need to prepare your HANKO!

Do you know how to make one?

    Leave it to us!

We can help you do all the process to make a HANKO too.

And of course you can use the HANKO to other contracts – other than the apartment contract too.

I know it is really a ‘Japanese’ traditional culture,
but we will do our best support to help you get used to it ; )!
