For the new comer to Japan, it must be quite hard to know

what to do after moving in to new flat.

You need to have water, gas, and electricity to get your life started here in Japan.

 

After or just before you move in to the apartment,

you need to call each call center for those utilities.

 

GAS

Tokyo gas customer center : 0570-002211

*Until 31th March,2016.

From 1st April 2016, We will be able to choose which company to use for gas.

 

ELECTRICITY

WATER

Bureau of Water works Tokyo: 03-5326-1100

 

For internet, you can choose internet company to get the connection on,

but if you are not sure how to choose them, ask us freely 🙂
