Once you have found your apartment, we can help you get started with the application process. In order to make this process as smooth as possible, you will need to gather the documentation. STEP3. Payment
We here at Balleggs understand how difficult it can be to move to a new home, and sometimes also a new country at the same time. We want to ease the financial burden of making that initial payment. Our agency fee will only be half of the first months rent, unlike other agencies that charge the full months rent. For this, you get access to our full suite of real estate concierge services at Balleggs, the most valuable being our local insights which will save you time, money and stress in the long run. We also accept international credit cards for added convenience and peace of mind.
STEP4. Contract Signing
Our highly experienced Balleggs staff will explain the rental contract to you and are always available to answer any questions you may have. We realise the language barrier struggles many face in reading and understanding a contract in another language. Our team of Bilingual Experts are here to explain everything to you in a language you are comfortable with. We can explain the entire agreement in English and Japanese.
STEP5. Moving In
This is always the best and most rewarding step for us but our services to do not stop once we hand over the key to you like other real estate agents.
