A favorite among children, the Setagaya Park Mini SL is available for rides every Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday, and on public holidays.
Especially busy on weekends! Wednesdays are less crowded, allowing many kids to ride multiple times!

The most open space in the park, very spacious Benches and grassy slopes surround the fountain.
On sunny days, families enjoy picnics, and individuals read or relax leisurely.
The highlight of the fountain plaza is the grassy slope. Lie down in the shade and watch the clouds drift by. It's a wonderfully luxurious time.
In spring, enjoy the cherry blossoms in the park. In summer, enjoy the greenery of the trees. In autumn, enjoy the fall foliage.

Located within the park, this play area is operated by the NPO Play Park Setagaya.
Play Park Setagaya operates based on these four messages:

This facility is for enjoying skateboarding, BMX, and inline skating.
Registration is required at the Setagaya Park paid facilities desk, but usage is free. It features a flat area and five section areas.
Compared to Komazawa Park, it’s less crowded and could be considered a hidden gem.
Safety Rules:
Wear helmets and pads appropriately based on skill level and situation.
Do not use the park when it’s raining or the surface is wet.
No non-skating use or dangerous activities.
No waxing the sections.
For BMX, use plastic bar ends, pegs, and pedals.
No smoking in the skateboarding area.
