Jackson AbatemarcoJuly 9, 2026I highly recommend Ballegg's services to anyone who needs help moving in Tokyo, especially if you're a foreign national residing in Japan. They understand how to navigate the housing market on behalf of foreign residents in a way that most other real estate agents sadly don't, so much so that I would say that if you're a foreigner looking to move in Tokyo you should just stick with this company. (In my case my Japanese language ability is proficient enough to carry out all proceedings in Japanese, but they also offer full English support which is another huge selling point if your Japanese language ability isn't as strong as your English yet). They were also extremely supportive and helpful in our search and were incredibly quick to respond whenever we sent them inquiries!

Jacob ButlerJune 29, 2026I had a great experience with Yuto. I was living outside of Tokyo and he was able to get me an apartment within 1 or 2 weeks. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was also flexible with my schedule being outside of Tokyo and coming to sign contracts. Paku was also great explaining contracts and making every clear. Not only was everything clear I had a lot of fun talking with them.
