I had such a great experience finding my apartment with them! Hitomi san was so helpful, and I was able to secure a place in a couple of weeks. Great if you are a native English speaker as well!

Amazing experience the whole staff was incredibly helpful. Pacu Shinshi helped me find the perfect apartment and as a new foreigner in Japan they helped me navigate every step of the process which as a non Japanese speaker would have been impossible.

I highly recommend Ballegg's services to anyone who needs help moving in Tokyo, especially if you're a foreign national residing in Japan.

They understand how to navigate the housing market on behalf of foreign residents in a way that most other real estate agents sadly don't, so much so that I would say that if you're a foreigner looking to move in Tokyo you should just stick with this company.

(In my case my Japanese language ability is proficient enough to carry out all proceedings in Japanese, but they also offer full English support which is another huge selling point if your Japanese language ability isn't as strong as your English yet).

They were also extremely supportive and helpful in our search and were incredibly quick to respond whenever we sent them inquiries!

A good agency with friendly, English-speaking agents.

They helped throughout the whole process: from searching for available properties, accompanied us for multiple room viewings, application, and contract signing.

Really appreciate their effort & responsiveness in answering questions.

The smoothest experience finding and signing for my Apartment! English support is great and Hitomi San and Rina San were a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend the services here if you’re looking to find an apartment in Toyko!

I had a great experience with Yuto. I was living outside of Tokyo and he was able to get me an apartment within 1 or 2 weeks. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was also flexible with my schedule being outside of Tokyo and coming to sign contracts. Paku was also great explaining contracts and making every clear. Not only was everything clear I had a lot of fun talking with them.
