This was my first time renting an apartment in Japan, and I was a bit nervous, but I’m so glad I chose this company. I initially visited with a Japanese speaker since my own Japanese is limited, but I quickly learned that Ryo-san is extremely fluent in English and made the entire process stress free. He listened carefully to my (very specific!) requirements and showed me several great options before helping me secure an amazing apartment in my budget, despite it being an expensive area.

Throughout the process, he explained everything clearly and went above and beyond (especially when I created a couple complications on my end! Oops!) He was patient, accommodating with my difficult schedule, and always quick to respond to questions no matter the time.
